Always. Every order starts with a physical sample you review and approve. Bulk production only begins once you've signed off — so what you approve is what you get.

Samples typically take 2–3 weeks. Bulk production runs about 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration. We confirm exact timelines on your quote.

Two simple options: a standard 50/50 — 50% deposit to start production, 50% before dispatch — or, on orders above $1,200, split into three payments (33/33/34) across your production timeline. We never ask for 100% upfront. Tell us which you'd prefer when you request your quote.

Your designs are 100% yours — we never resell or reuse them. We're happy to sign an NDA on request before you share anything, so your ideas stay protected from day one.

It helps, but it's not a dealbreaker. If you have a tech pack, send it. If you don't, share reference images, measurements and ideas — we'll help translate them into production-ready specs before sampling.

Yes — we arrange international shipping to the US, UK and worldwide. Shipping isn't included in the calculator estimate; we quote it with your order based on weight and destination.
